Welcome to our "JR Varsity" sports performance program, designed specifically for athletes in grades 9 to 10 who are looking to take their game to the next level. Our program builds on the foundation laid in our JR High program, reinforcing the importance of fundamental movement skills and introducing athletes to more advanced training concepts.
With a focus on building movement capacity, we add volume and intensity to our training sessions, helping athletes to push their limits and reach their full potential. Our experienced coaches will guide athletes through barbell training, teaching proper technique and form to help build strength and power.
In addition, we introduce athletes to advanced speed training concepts, including acceleration and top-end speed, as well as agility and change of direction drills. With a combination of resistance training and sport-specific drills, our program is designed to help athletes improve their overall athletic ability and become stronger, faster, and more confident on the field.
