Welcome to our "JR High" youth sports performance program - designed to take your child's athletic abilities to the next level! We know that the transition from elementary to middle school can be challenging, especially when it comes to sports performance. That's why our program reinforces and expands on the foundation developed in our "Rookies" program while introducing new challenges to push your child's abilities to the next level.
Through our "JR High" program, we focus on three key areas: strength and power development, speed and agility, and fundamental movement skills. Our experienced coaches will introduce your child to resistance training to further develop strength and power while also helping to reduce the risk of injury. We also introduce sprint mechanics to improve speed and agility, which is essential for excelling in any sport.
But that's not all - we also focus on developing fundamental movement skills, including agility, balance, and coordination. By mastering these skills, your child will have a solid foundation for athletic success that will carry them through high school and beyond.
