Building Speed, Strength, and Real Athletic Habits for Young Athletes

This summer, we're offering a comprehensive program designed specifically for athletes aged 7-11. This camp focuses on developing fundamental athletic skills while fostering personal growth.​

This isn't just another training program - it's a high-performance mentorship designed for youth athletes whose parents want to see build a solid foundation of athletic habits.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?

Each 3-hour session is designed to give your child a complete athletic experience - built around movement, mindset, and mentorship. Here's how we structure the experience:

  • Speed & Agility Development: We start with focused training to improve sprint mechanics, acceleration, quickness, and change of direction - laying the foundation for long-term athletic performance.

  • Strength & Power Development: Age-appropriate strength work to develop stability, core control, and explosive power - helping young athletes become stronger, safer, and more physically prepared for sport.

  • Coordination & Team Games: We use fun, movement-based games and challenges to explore body control, rhythm, and reaction. Through play, we improve athletic ability while keeping the environment positive and energetic.

  • Mindset Coaching: Each week includes time focused on building mental tools like goal-setting, confidence, focus, and visualization. We help athletes learn how to stay composed under pressure and grow their belief in themselves.

  • Nutrition Education: Once a week, we guide athletes through simple, age-appropriate lessons on how to fuel their body for performance and recovery. They'll learn the basics of hydration, balanced meals, and smart snacking for sports.

  • Mentorship & Leadership Development: More than coaches, we aim to be mentors. Every athlete is seen, encouraged, and challenged in a way that builds self-awareness, respect, and leadership - on and off the field.
