What Is the Rookies Program?
The Rookies Program is designed for younger athletes, typically ages 7-11, who are just beginning their athletic journey. This program focuses on developing fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance, and coordination, all in a fun and supportive environment. By building a strong athletic foundation, the Rookies Program prepares young athletes to confidently progress in sports and physical activities.
